Sigh. The FAQ is currently not installed when you do a simple make install. It's only included in thepackaging process.
I currently have no idea how to impelment the file reading at runtime because the file isn't always there (make install)
and might be in a completely different place in case Ethereal has been installed as part of a package.
Does anyone have a solution or should I just remove the FAQ from the help menu again?

I found out that "pro" means "instead of" (as in proconsul). Now I know
what proactive means.
