Unfortunately I don't know the least about gtk-Programming: I just copied
the code for the capture filters and replaced all the code that seemed to
be unique to cfilters by my own code :-) So if anyone with knowledge in
gtk (or interest in learning it) wants to take on that job, he is more than
welcome to do that.
What I may do one day is to move the first level of help options into
the help menu: I don't think that this additional level to access the
actual information is helpful.

I found out that "pro" means "instead of" (as in proconsul). Now I know
what proactive means.
