There is inconsistent usage of plugindir in 0.9.8. In most instances,
Makefile.in has:
  plugindir = @plugindir@
and in others (plugins/docsis/Makefile.am):
  plugindir = @PLUGIN_DIR@

I presume the correct usage is the latter?
