io-stat updated to be able to handle more than just frames/tick and
bytes/tick
measurements.

now it can handle SUM/COUNT/MAX/MIN/AVG calculations on integers and
relative times.

picture shows max/min/avg response time for NFS using the advanced option.

yscale presents response time in units of us.
