By going to

	http://www.gtk.org/

and downloading, compiling, and installing GLib and GTK+.

The "official" versions for use with Ethereal are the 1.2[.x] versions;
the current 1.2[.x] versions are the 1.2.10 versions - see

	ftp://ftp.gtk.org/pub/gtk/v1.2/

Ethereal can be built with the 2.x versions as well, but that's still
under development and may have some problems.
