Hmm.  That's Olivier's UID, and he checked in stuff recently, but
14:09:49 in the Central time zone (which is both your time zone and the
CVS server's time zone) is less than 10 minutes ago, and he checked his
stuff in before that.

Perhaps the anonymous CVS tree was copied over while checkins were in
progress; I don't know whether it'll be copied over again shortly, so
that the lock goes away, or if that requires manual intervention.
