Wow, that was quick... Initial response, problem analysis and solution in
under 12 hours!
That was way more than I could ever hope for, thank you all for the effort
that you've put into this. Knowing that the Ethereal development team is
this dedicated to the product, has certainly increased my faith in both this
particular product and the open source movement in general. I guess I will
start to use Ethereal even more intensively from now on, and won't hesitate
to post again if another problem should ever arise ;)

Actually I didn't compile from source, since im primarily running Ethereal
on Windows here and compiling on this platform using either cygwin or mingw
in general has proved me more trouble than it's worth in the past.
Thankfully, pre-compiled binary's are available ;) However- if you would
like me to and think that it will have added value - I could set up a
development environment on my Linux system again and try out the patch with
some of my AIX iptrace tracefiles. This will take me a few days though,
cause I will have to reinstall Linux on my system. Let me know if you think
that this will be worth the effort, otherwise I will happily wait for the
next release and binary for Windows ;)

Anyways, keep up the good work. It's sincerely appreciated

J.Smith.
