Checked in - with the now-empty "tap-xxx.h" header files removed, and
with changes to "Makefile.nmake" to generate "tethereal-tap-register.c",
and with the Makefile variable with the tap source files renamed
TETHEREAL_TAP_SRC, by analogy with DISSECTOR_SRC; that variable is
present in both "Makefile.am" and "Makefile.nmake", and should have the
same value in both files.  I have not yet tested the Windows build; I
will probably be able to do that tonight, if nobody else does so first.
