It looks like the Diameter dissector is triggering off of traffic on TCP
port 1812 (or whatever the preferences have the port set to). So, it
attempts to dissect the data, then bombs when it is unable to decode the
packet properly.
You can either ignore the warnings, or change the preferences of the
diameter dissector to look at an unused port.
Later this week I'll add a flag to disable the warnings.
