oui_vals is very limited for the time being (8 entries). Entries can be
added to it (that's what I did with missing OUI I had - Nortel's), but I
think the second approach, OUI first (and leave it as it is?) then manuf is
better - being more flexible mainly.

Not currently.  Something such as that could be added, if you want more
than just the manufacturer corresponding to the OUI.  (If you don't want
more, we could have it display the string from "oui_vals" if there is
such a string, and the manufacturer from "manuf" otherwise.)
