I don't really think this will help.  Very rare is the user who will 
RTFM, particularily when they are first using the program.  I can't say
how many times I've had people email me questions for which I can 
email back a link to a section in the current users manual that 
DIRECTLY answers their question.  I don't ming these sorts of questions
( always glad to help ), and am in favor of augmenting the documentation
to be able to provide more of these sorts of answers, but trying to 
overcome confusing defaults by *only* fixing the documentation is not 
really a solution.
