Hello folks,
I just tried to do a make ethereal_static on my RedHat-7.2 Linux box and I get the following error:

In file included from epan/packet.h:28,
                 from plugins/plugin_api.h:217,
                 from plugins/docsis/packet-ucd.c:30:
wiretap/wtap.h:338: field `ts' has incomplete type
wiretap/wtap.h:342: confused by earlier errors, bailing out

It seems that for some reason I dont have HAVE_SYS_TIME_H defined.  If I go into wtap.h and remove the '#ifdef HAVE_SYS_TIME_H' and recompile it works fine.
Is there something special I need to do to make configure find sys/time.h on this system ? I did re-run autogen.sh just to be sure.
