As a side note, is there easy way to get say Tethereal
to identify retrans, or missing frags, that cause the
whole RPC to retransmit?
This is mostly a performance issue I am concerned
about, as there are times, due to network activity
where some packets are dropped by the router, and by
the local nic. It would just be nice to see how many
frags were actual retrans etc.
I could always use -V I guess with a wrapper to tell
me this right?
