Hi,

As suggested by Ronnie, I think a change needs to be made to 
packet-dcerpc.c to change the way that dissect_ndr_pointer handles 
top-level ref pointers ... 

I will change them to create a sub-tree for such pointers, but I will have 
to change other code that inserts top-level ref pointers.
 
Any objections ...
