Mailman's "Hold posts" list of patters only operate on message headers.  
Sanitizer adds the headers

to each message with no indication of any operations performed, if any.
I'm not sure how hard it would be to modify Sanitizer to add a header
indicating the operations it performed.  It appears to process each
message as a stream, which would make this non-trivial.  You could
probably fix this with procmail, however.  I'll have a look.
