Hi,
I have updated the LSA dissector.
I have tested it with all LSA captures I have but I dont have captures for
all commands.
If anyone finds any bugs, please let me know, preferably with sending me a
capture
displaying the bug.

There will be bugs in the current implementation.
1, i suspect there are several errors in the lsarpc.idl IDL file i used.
2, there will be lots of errors i am responsible for misreading the idl
file.
