Perhaps I have a broken pod2html, but building from the current CVS
source is creating tiny html files containing essentially just a title
and empty body.

pod2man is working fine and pod2html works when I try it on my Solaris
box (so I assume the .pod files are OK).  pod2html just isn't working
when I build on my NT machine.

I am currently using the perl/pod2XXX that is distributed with Cygwin.

Is anyone else seeing this problem or do I have something
misconfigured?

Thoughts?  Suggestions?
