Yes.  I did the last big update on the User's Guide.  Screenshots and
their finishing is annoying at best.  Additionally I don't use Windows
at all, so if there is a different gui that is only available under
Windows I have absolutely no way to get the screenshots.  

Additionally the most tedious and unpleasant part of updating the 
User's Guide is trying to clearly document all of the menus, menu
entries, dialogs, etc.  Producing all of this textual information and 
portraying confirming that what you write about it is correct is a 
very interactive exercise.  Again, I don't use Windows, so I can't 
do the necessary interactions to confirm the textual information.

I have no problem with there being multiple guis available for ethereal 
so long as they are cross platform.
