It basically describes the work done with adding the GIOP/IIOP get_CDR_XXX
API to packet-giop.[ch] in Ethereal, and "idl2eth" plugin generator; that 
has kept me busy these last months. 

Perhaps we could add a link from the Ethereal Page for some
free publicity :-)
