FYI: WinDump -help displays the version of windump & winpcap.  However, the
incorrect version information was compiled in to winpcap (wpcap.dll &
packet.dll are in fact dated 07/26/01).  The version displayed is 2.1, but the
file dates are that of winpcap version 2.2. (I know this is a winpcap bug, but
wanted you to be aware of the confilcting version information)
