Dear all,

please find attached a patch file against the current CVS version
of text2pcap.c.

Modifications:
- I corrected the help text for the -u parameter
- I added added a -s option. It will then produce an IP and SCTP header.
  The checksum will NOT be calculated and 0 will be used instead.
