Unfortunately, I can't seem to reproduce it. I loaded back the full packet trace and did another print to file, and it came out correct this time.

I'll keep an eye on it and if it happens again, I'll let you know. Sorry I couldn't get you any more specific data to go on.

You can "mark" frames of a capture with menu items under the "Edit" menu
- for example, you can select "Mark All Frames", and then use "Mark
Frame" to *un*mark individual frames ("Mark Frame" really means "toggle
the marked state of the current frame), and then do a "Save As" and
specify "Save only marked packets".

After you do this, make sure that the resulting capture file continues
to exhibit the problem (i.e., that the unsaved packets aren't necessary
in order to show the problem).
