Hi,

Attached, patches to reassemble.c and packet-wtp.c to reassemble
WSP-packets.
It uses the new functionality to reassemble using block sequence numbers.

I've tested this with several traces including re-transmissions and
overlapping transaction-ID's and it looks fine.
Special thanks to Pia for providing the 'fragment_add_seq()' functionality.
