Enclosed is a small patch that lets the packet decode print frame direction
information for frame relay and CHDLC frames.

Traffic direction probably applies to a few other types as well, such as
ATM.  It would probably be better to move this from the pseudo-header and
make it a property of the packet, like length or recv time.  When I get some
time (meaning after January), I'll look at adding a set of status flags to
include direction and other information like shorts, aborts, and CRC errors.
This would be similar to the RMON status flags and could apply to LAN frames
as well as WAN.
