It's RCS file is in the "Attic" subdirectory, but it's not in the "dead"
state.  That's the downside of state information stored in two places
that can't be simultaneously updated atomically....

We could try doing a "cvs delete" on it - which may require that we
temporarily move it out of the attic - if it's truly not supposed to be
in the CVS tree.
