I have a packet dump file that is generated by a different program, it
includes time codes, eg.

18/11/2001 11:11:14.2031
0000: 21 45 00 00 30 00 10 40 00 80 06 3F 4E 9E 98 47 !E..0..@.?.?Nz~G
0010: D2 D8 A8 FC 56 04 0C 01 BB 4F 93 3D FA 00 00 00 بV...O"=...
0020: 00 70 02 40 00 F4 60 00 00 02 04 05 B4 01 01 04 .p.@.`........
0030: 02 .

18/11/2001 11:11:14.5000
0000: 21 45 00 00 28 E2 9A 40 00 2E 06 AE CB D8 A8 FC !E..(s@...ب
0010: 56 9E 98 47 D2 01 BB 04 0C E6 F7 A4 AE 4F 93 3D Vz~G...O"=
0020: FB 50 10 60 F4 74 7A 00 00 P.`tz..

Is it easy for someone to add the timecodes to the text2pcap program as I
don't have developer access to the source. If not then I can have a stab at
adding it and email it to the group.

Also you'll note the ':' character after the offset. I sed it out at the
moment, could the text2pcap parser be made more robust?

Thanks in advance.
