I think it should, instead, indicate whether we could be doing random
access to the capture file or not; that'll give the correct answer for
Ethereal vs. Tethereal, but will also give the correct answer for
additional programs as well.

The variable would currently be set the same way, but its name shouldn't
have "ethereal" or "tethereal" in it, it should say something about
random access.
