I just looked at the diff but have not tested it at all yet.
In the subdissectors, isnt it nessecary then also to check the status
of tcp_desegment flag?

i.e. changing stuff like (or whatever the variables are called)
if(nbss_desegment){
into
if(tcp_desegment && nbss_desegment){

?
