I guess Borosa Tomislav put those in to flag the mobile-IPv6 changes he
made; as they're part of the standard Ethereal source base, I don't
think there's any need to flag those particular parts of the code in
that fashion (he's already credited in the AUTHORS file), so...

...I, at least, wouldn't object if they were removed.
