Checked in, along with a change to "Makefile.nmake" to rename
"DISSECTOR_SOURCES" to "DISSECTOR_SRC", so that part of "Makefile.nmake"
exactly matches that part of "Makefile.am".

...except that they list only source files, not all files, so "SOURCES"
or "SRC" seem appropriate in the name.
