The MGCP dissector would be my department ( or fault depending 
on your point of view).  I'm not familiar with the VCA 120, could 
you provide some sort of pointer ( URL, manufacturer name, etc)
to some info on it?  

What is your setup like?  At what point in your network 
are you sniffing?  What kinds of gateways are you using?

Could you send me an example capture ( preferably just to me, not 
the whole list).  

I'd be very happy to try to help you out.
