Checked in (but without the Cisco HDLC stuff being added to "ppptypes.h"
- that stuff got moved into "packet-chdlc.c" and "packet-chdlc.h" in
Ethereal 0.8.17, and with the stuff to dissect the ISIS NLPID CLV using
the "nlpid_vals" array to convert NLPID values to protocol names).
