hi,

In the development of a protocol dissector and analyzer i require the information of PPP packets.

I am making PPP from a linux machine and when ever i capture the packets i can't get the information on the data packets. Is there any problem in the capture, because the analyser seems to work fine. I  ran ethereal  with gdb, i found that instead of using packet-ppp.c it was using functions in packet-raw.c.

Can any one please point out where i can be making the mistake.
