Well, it's probably now the Skinny Station Protocol, Cisco having bought
Selsius; I found nothing in a quick search, but perhaps the
{Skinny,Selsius} Gateway Protocol specification was available, at least
before the purchase:

date is 15 October 1998. I don't know how current it is.

"The web site" probably refers to Selsius' Web site, but www.selsius.com
just goes to Cisco's Web site now.
