I've had great luck with the Century 100Mbps taps.  My only problem with
them is that they are ackwardly shaped and don't fit well in a rack
environment.  The Netoptics have a 1U mounting bracket that holds 3 taps
with the longest sides horizontally, and a 3U bracket that holds a dozen
vertically.
