I've no idea to what "TAOS software" refers; the file at

	http://www.isi.edu/in-notes/iana/assignments/enterprise-numbers

does, however, say that 123 is the private enterprise number for
Newbridge Networks and 529 is the private enterprise number for Ascend,
and the vendor IDs in RADIUS are just the private enterprise numbers
defined in that file.

Perhaps we should, rather than wiring those private enterprise numbers
into the RADIUS dissector, have it read an "enterprise-numbers" file and
generate a "value_string" array from that?

(A side note, to anybody who reads the "enterprise-numbers" file - the
e-mail addresses are, in at least some cases, immensely out of date; in
at least two cases, they refer to people who no longer work at the
company in question, and probably do so in a number of other cases.)
