Oh, joy.

It looks as if the ARPHRD_ type for token ring changed from 2.2[.x] to
2.4[.x]; if an ARPHRD_ type changes, libpcap needs to be updated to
reflect that.

(This bug should be marked as a libpcap bug, not a tcpdump or Ethereal
bug; it affects all programs that use libpcap, not just Ethereal or
tcpdump.)
