The attach diff file will update nettl.c and nettl.h to accept
packet capture with nettl on HPUX using the either the BASE100
or GSC100BT subsystems. Since these captures are done at the
ethernet level, editcap can be used to convert the nettl files
to another format.  You will have to specify the '-Tether' 
option to do this.

Please check this change into the CVS tree.
