Hello,

I use the version 0.8.3 of ethereal with GTK+1.2.7 and libpcap 0.4a6,
libz 1.1.3 with UCD SNMP 4.0.1.
Sorry, that I have not updated.

There is a problem with the computed delta-times between two following
frames. It is independent if the absolute or relative time is displayed
in summary.
Sometimes the delta-times (in displayed in summary or in frame details -
it dosn't matter) have an negative sign. I think thats possible and not
the root of the proplem. (timestamp and order of the frames may be
different)
But I expect correct values, also with negative sign. This is important
e.g. for further calculations.(e.g. average delta times)
Example:
0.000013s-0.000194s=-0.000181s.
Ethereal computes -1.999819s.

The wrong and the right added equals everytime -2.0, it could be a kind
of overflow.

Don't beat me. I have attached an example. Look at frame 19 and 27.

Good Bye
Thomas Schäfer
