As I'm so stunningly incompetent at getting cvs access working here's my
long delayed patch to enable a choice of highlight style for the hex dump
pane.

The choices are:

Inverse video (default)
Bold

The selection can be made form the GUI tab of Preferences.

I've made inverse video the default as bold gave a very poor display on
win32 as the bold characters weren't the same width.
