Hi,

In tvbuffifying packet-bxxp, I find that I need to use format_text, but
there is no tvb_ version of this call.

I would rather not copy the bytes out of the tvbuff, so suggest a
tvb_format_text wrapper that retrieves a pointer with a max len, and calls
format_text with the resultant pointer. If there are less characters than
required in the buffer, there must be some way to tell tvb_format_text, to
stop things from blowing up.
