As preferences can also be set from the command line, the "-D" flag is
now equivalent to "-o ip.decode_tos_as_diffserv:true"; should we keep
"-D" around?

If not, should we, as per mail I sent out a while ago, change
"decode_tos_as_diffserv" to just "diffserv"?
