Hi,
Well I was also looking for a protocol analyzer
for some new IP research projects at Ericsson where
I am an employee.
Thanks to the good coding examples and patient
ethereal members, I have coded 5 dissectors for
some inhouse standards. I hope to
be able to release them Open Source once I
convince a few people. :-)
I am an big fan of Open Source Developemnt and
hopefully I can convince some others here also.
So I track the main releases from ethereal
guys and add my dissectors for us to use for
testing our new research projects. It has proven
to be a very useful tool indeed.
All in all, its fun to be involved.
Cheers / Frank..
