Hello!

I just checked in some starting routines for NFS file handle dissection.
It's not quite nfswatch but SVR4 (tested with ReliantUNIX) and Linux
(tested with RedHat 6.2 knfsd) are ready.

This is a purely selfish check-in: I simply needed exactly these two systems
for my actual work. If someone wants support for more OSs, send a tcpdump.
It simply makes no fun to port the full nfswatch code over to ethereal, so
I add further file handles only on request.
