I've checked in code to make the dissect_llc() function use
tvbuffs. So now there's a working example of TVBUFF_SUBSET
(fddi calling llc) and for non-tvbuff dissectors calling
dissect_llc(). (e.g., eth->llc).

(Yes, I know I have to write some documentation....)

Attached is a sample capture with packets truncated in the
middle of the LLC section.
