Actually, I see what the problem is. Your previous e-mail mentioned:

I copied those sources out there, but I didn't even think about it.
The README.win32 file actually says:

So it's the 19990828 dev zip files that you need, not 19991218.
I don't have those zip files on my system anymore. Does anyone else?
If need be, I'll create a zip files from the headers and libs and dlls that I have
in my win32 tools tree.
