Hi

I have built Ethereal 0.8.3 for WIN32 with the latest GTK libraries, but this gives a lot of garbage
in the frame contents window (the bottom one). The Hex and character columns are not seperated.

According to the building instructions in Readme.WIN32 I should download the 19991218 version 
of the development libraries.Unfortunately these have disappeared from both download sites (or
IE5 refuses to download them). Is it possible to put them on an ftp site somewhere?
