That's the Ethertype described as "X.25 Level 3" in

	http://www.isi.edu/in-notes/iana/assignments/ethernet-numbers

I'd have thought the "Level 3" meant the packet layer protocol rather
than LAPB (which I'd think of as a layer 2 protocol).  Is there an
official standard for doing LAPB-over-Ethernet, specifying that 0805
should be used as the Ethertype?
