Hi,

in the process of debugging the failure to build with duplicate
lt_preload_symbols, I modified ltmain.sh to leave intermediate files
around, had to run configure again, and rebuild, and BMD, if it didn't
build fine this time around.  

Go [con]figure :-)

Anyway, the BROWSE selection mode seems to be fine now.  I do note that the
first down arrow seems to get swallowed up and does nothing, but after that
it works ok.
