  Note that not all OSes on which Ethereal runs can support plugins.
  
  Note that you have to modify plugins/Makefile.nmake.
  
  Fix "plugin/" to "plugins/".
  
  Update the sample Makefile.am and Makefile.nmake to match the current
  state of affairs.
